Pellumbas Cave, otherwise called the Black Cave (Shpella e Zeze), is located an hour away from Pellumbas Village. The cave is very deep and is full of stalagmites, stalactites, and a lot of bats flying above your head. After only walking a few meters inside, the temperature drops and the light diminishes. This is a true cave climbing experience!

Start your castle exploration at the Justinian Castle or the Toptani Castle that is located in the middle of the city. Nowadays the castle is a famous area with bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a snack or coffee.
The other Castle is located outside Tirana on the road towards Elbasan, that’s the Petrela Castle. The Petrela Castle is small and looks like a chateau Balkan style. The Petrela castle is restored on the old one. The castle has a tower and stone walls around the main building inside the castle perimeter. The restaurant is a very interesting part of the castle and it is a familiar one. The cooking is very Albanian,
The Dorezi Castle is thought to have existed since the bronze age during the 12th or 13th century. Dorezi Castle is the oldest castle in the area. Located about 20 km south-west of Tirana it lies about 5 km east of Peza. This castle belongs to the 9th–4th centuries BC. The first archaeological work was carried out in 1951. Its ruins cover a high range of hills detached from the mountains at an altitude of 479 m above sea level. It is believed that there were towns from the period of the ancient city of Dimale.
The Dajti Castle belongs to late antiquity, probably built over Illyrian foundations. It was discovered in 1963 and eventually inscribed in the list of the cultural monuments of Albania. The castle is located within Dajti National Park, overlooks the whole of Tirana, and at an altitude of 1,100 m (3,600 feet) offers an impressive panorama of the Adriatic Sea. The walls of Dajti Castle have become partially overgrown by the dense vegetation of the local native beech forest.
The Turtle Farm is located in Daias and is a farm with Hermann’s saved tortoises. There you can see the turtles which are more than 500. You can see other animals as well and treat yourself a lunch.
