As travel restarts and many of us are eager to travel again to our favourite destinations, it becomes very important to have the peace of mind knowing that your local activity provider has taken all the precautions so that you can enjoy the trip in a safe way. We are taking all the necessary measures so that our local partners, hotels, accommodation facilities, transportation vehicles and guides reflect our policies on physical distancing and cleaning protocols. Our health and safety procedures will ensure a safer experience from the moment you become part of one of our tours to the moment you leave. We are continually monitoring the situation in Albania and Western Balkans in order to update our policies and make sure we can deliver a great experience for you.

Group Size

Our groups range between 5 to 12 travellers so in this way you can have more personal space and interact more with the local culture and environment surrounding you. You can as well request a private trip for you and your friends, and we will be happy to tailor it to your requests.

Our Guides

Our guides have been trained to follow the health and safety protocols issued by our company in line with the latest updates from CDC, WTTC and ATTA organisations. So, you can rest sure that they will do the best to help you experience our destinations in a safe manner.

Our transportation

We have worked with our drivers to create a daily policy of cleaning and sanitizing of passenger seats, isles and frequent touch points which will be followed rigorously. Hand sanitizers and facemask will be readily available as passengers enter the bus.

Accommodation

We work only with a selected few hotels, guesthouses and huts which helps us collaborate better with them in regard to health and safety procedures. We have worked closely with them to develop procedures which are aimed at reducing the chances of being infected. Most of our accommodation facilities are owned by families so you will stay in small hotels which means fewer guests.

Food

In accordance with the best practices issued from organisations such as the FDA we will make sure that all the restaurants, guesthouses and hotels have vaccinated their employees. We will issue continual reminders to clean and disinfect surfaces in the workspace and other facilities in close contact to staff and guests. Employees will wear a mask or face covering during their service.
