Overview

Jeep tour in the national park of Llogara and Vlora. National Park of Llogara is situated 40 km south of Vlora at the dividing point between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. This park is notable for its expansive pine forests. However, the Flag Pine is among the most massive species and is remarkable for its ecological significance.

Vlore. Also, known also as Valona, this historical city is located in south-western Albania where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas meet. Vlore is the gateway to Albanian Riviera. Moreover, it is the gem of Albanian Tourism and sits at the head of the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island.

We spend time here in the sea so you can get some sun while enjoying the sandy and rocky beaches and the scenic mountains nearby. Moreover, Vlore holds a significant place in Albanian history as this is where the Albanian Declaration of Independence was signed on 28 November 1912.

From the seaside, we head to the mountain top city of Llogara, which is located 1,045 meters above sea level. We visit the National Park of Llogara. Established in 1966 by the Albanian Government. The park covers an area of 1,010 hectares.

The highest point of the mountain offers a marvelous view of the sea on the right and the mountains on the left. As we enjoy the beautiful views of nature, we have our delicious, traditional lunch. Also, we will have the chance to try the traditional dishes of goat, pork and lamb.

This jeep tour of Llogara national park and Vlora should be in your bucket list.
